Eagle Villa's spacious kitchen features an electric range, full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, two automatic coffee makers and, yes, even a dishwasher. It has all the utensils, cookware and dinnerware that you need to prepare meals.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, while two other bedrooms have full-size beds and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. There is a full-sized futon sofa sleeper in the living room. Eagle Villa has one bathroom on each if its two levels with the main level bathroom having a tub and shower.

The living room has a natural stone fireplace with a realistic gas log set,
a VCR compatible color television and comfortable seating.

Eagle Villa has it's own private pier that can accommodate boats up to twenty-four feet in length including pontoon boats. Several public boat launches are nearby. If you do not have a boat of your own, a fourteen foot aluminum
fishing boat is included with your rental.

A "no visitor" policy prevents renters from having day or overnight visits from
unregistered guests. Despite our love of animals, pets are not allowed.
