General Information
Eagle Villa is open from the first of May until the end of October. In-Season rates apply from June 7 to August 22, 2008. Off-Season rates apply at other times. Daily rentals are generally not available from mid-June through Labor Day but, when obtainable, require three-night minimum stays. Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise agreed to. Rates do not include state and county taxes and are subject to change without notice. Children, regardless of age, are considered regular occupants.

Reservations and Deposits
A deposit of $375.00, per week, is required to reserve Eagle Villa . A deposit equal to one nights lodging is required for stays of less than one week. Deposits must be made using a VISA or MasterCard and are non-refundable, but may be applied to a future reservation. A $125.00 security deposit is required of first-time guests. This deposit will be refunded if Eagle Villa is left clean and no damage occurs. There can be no refunds for early departures.
