There are two bathrooms, one with tub and shower. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, two other bedrooms have full-sized beds, and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. There is a futon sofa in the living room. Eagle Villa is the ideal place to spend your summer vacation, Christmas or New Year’s holiday, or winter snowmobile getaway.

About Otter Lake and Eagle River
Otter Lake is a 217 acre lake and is one of twenty-eight lakes that make-up the largest inland chain of lakes in the world. The lake has a maximum depth of 33 feet and is rated “Class A” for musky and walleye. Otter Lake and the Eagle River chain also support pan fish and bass populations. Fishing is at its best in the spring and late fall when the lakes are tranquil and the loons call. Otter Lake and the Eagle River chain are excellent recreational waters for swimming, boating and water skiing.

Bring your boat! We have a permanent pier that accommodates boats up to twenty feet in length. There are several boat launches close by and gas is readily available on the chain. A fourteen-foot aluminum fishing boat is provided for guests who do not have a boat of their own. Outboard motor, pontoon boat, jet ski and snowmobile rentals are readily available in the area.

Eagle Villa at Otter Cove is located just three and one-half miles from downtown Eagle River. There are great shops and gift stores downtown, along with fine restaurants and supper clubs throughout the area. And, of course, there are plenty of options for your Friday night Fish Fry. You’ll find several top-flight golf courses nearby including the Eagle River Municipal Course.

There are 500 miles of well-marked and groomed snowmobile trails in Vilas County. Snowmobile right to your door - Eagle Villa is located on trail One. Cross-country skiing is only a few miles away or you can ice fish on one of Vilas County’s 1,318 lakes. Take yourself downhill skiing and snowboarding at Ski Brule, conveniently located in nearby Iron Mountain, Michigan. Eagle Villa will keep you cozy and warm after a day on the trails.

Your vacation package includes clean, comfortable lodging at Eagle River’s finest small condominium resort. Eagle Villa has a covered charcoal grill and a picnic table. Our immaculate, park-like, level grounds feature stately pine trees and floral plantings. The resort’s sandy, weed-free swim area and beach have a southern exposure assuring fun in the sun from 10:00 AM until dusk. Your rental includes the use of a fourteen-foot aluminum fishing boat or dockage for your boat. There’s a playground for the kids, a community campfire area and a modern fish cleaning house. A canoe is available at no charge.
